Returns
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
The return must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Please note: Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for a return or refund unless the product is defective.
Return Process
To return an item:
Log in to your account at www.metierwellness.com.
Go to the My Account section.
Click on Complete Orders to view your recent purchases.
Select the order and click Return Item(s).
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
We will email you once we have received and processed your return.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed much sooner, but please allow up to 4 weeks from the date you hand your package to the return courier. This includes:
5–10 business days for the item to reach us
3–5 business days for us to process your return
5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Opened or used supplements
Items without original packaging
Products marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item and prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
